It’s not all that, I think they did a better job on their first album. But they did still however give a great comeback from their trials and hard times

Crank it up and cruise! I first heard this album in 1990 when I was 10 years old and I still jam out to it frequently.

One of the best I’ve ever heard in my life. Ask me what the ‘80s sound was, THIS is my go-to. Every single song is sheer perfection, including the five (out of twelve) that weren’t smash-hit singles. And they did it with a one-armed drummer. I repeat: A. ONE. ARMED. DRUMMER. In MEN IN BLACK, Tommy Lee Jones has a line where he says that there’s a new music format coming that gives him an excuse to buy The Beatles’ White Album again. I get that; I’ve bought Hysteria on cassette, on compact disc…and one of these days, I’ll get it digitally, too. Why? Because it’s just that good. Because it’s five guys coming back from a tragedy that would’ve ended lesser bands, and coming back stronger than ever. Five guys reaching as high and as hard as they can for the brass ring, when anyone else would’ve given it up as impossible…and they made it. Full stop.
  • The best rock/pop the 80’s had to offer

It’s funny this album I’m reviewing is now 34 years old.it came when I was young 17 year old who thought I’d seen it all living for fridays paycheck and chasing down girls into the weekend and this album was all over the radio non-stop.mutt Lange broke the mold of producing with this one.still today it’s aged like a fine but with tons of memories as a teenage so full of life with a lot of choices ahead to be made as I entered into adult hood.for ones who there and understood that feeling.”when you get that feeling” then you’ll need no explanation for the youth today you do not know what you missed.
