The two covers she did are awful (original versions by original artists are of course waaaaaaay better)but I do love ‘midnight sky’ with the hint of sampling/ using a beat from another song. Hope the rest of the album is good. One star for one good song(so far). Even Beyoncé did a cover and that cover was her single ‘single ladies’ which is originally done by Liza mannli as part of a movie. And Whitney Houston covered ‘I will always love you’ originally sung by Dolly Parton, but for Whitney’s version of the song she got the original artist’s liking her version. Anyway back to Miley the covers she did as I said b4…they are awfully awful 😣

1star because instead of being able to complete the album from the songs purchased already it tells me full price; on top of the fact that now it’s album only if you want just one more song to complete the album still have to purchase the songs again. In stead of paying 5.54$ to complete my album it tells me full price 11.99$

I've never been a fan of Miley Cyrus' music, but I LOVE this Plastic Hearts album! I was so surprised that I like every song on this album. The mix of 80's rock and a few songs have a bit of a "country-twang" just suits her deep voice. The songs are catchy, love the collaborations with Billy Idol, Joan Jett, and Stevie Nicks--amazing together! I also saw Miley perform a concert promoting this album for the Superbowl Tailgater and she was fantastic as a singer live too! I'm just really impressed with how fun these songs are to listen to, sing along with and connect with Miley. She's actually a much more talented song writer and singer than I realized. Plastic Hearts completely changed my opinion of Miley's music!
