One of the best folk albums I’ve ever listened to!

I’ve been a fan of bluegrass/folk music for some time and I regularly listen to these genres of music when I want to relax. This follow-up album to the Hillbilly Thomist’s first is one of the most enjoyable folk albums I’ve listened to so far!
Much like the fervent religiosity of the first album, Living for the Other Side is filled with many original songs that contain biblical references, subtle nods towards the COVID pandemic and contemporary controversies, and even tributes to the Southern Gothic writer Flannery O’Connor. Without a doubt my favorite song is Fr. White’s, Bourbon, Bluegrass, and the Bible and the cover of Hard Times is second to none. Without a doubt this will remain one of my favorite albums to listen to when the weekend hits and it’s time to relax and contemplate.
