What can I say? ODESZA has done it again with their latest album. Just a melodic, atmospheric masterpiece. Favorite tracks so far include: Wide Awake, Behind the Sun, Forgive Me, North Garden, Equal, I Can’t Sleep, and Light Of Day. Hint - they’re all amazing though. Highly recommended 🔥🎶🎧

It’s definitely Odesza… but it’s weird Odesza. Like if Odesza took acid. The album as a whole sounds like it has vision, yet it’s also so un-defined.

This album takes me back to the lounges of my favorite European city London! Music like this stirs memories and transcends me back in time to my past and my future all at the same time! I love this album!

Of course I’ve pre-ordered this album, but I just don’t know what to make of this album so far. Edit: Now after a couple thorough listens, I understand and feel the "beautiful celebration " that Odesza has put into this album. Everything makes sense as a whole. Thanks guys!!

I’ve been an “Odeszalonian” since the beginning (circa 2014). Each album has not only built on the successes of the album before it, but added a new layer of depth and catharsis. The “A Moment Apart” album was as close to a masterpiece as you can get. It literally took the listener on an interstellar journey to another galaxy. Sadly, this album sacrifices the depth of sound, the rhythm, the catharsis. . . the “journey” for half-baked vocals and a somewhat hollow sound. I can’t put this music on and “leave” my reality behind. It feels too safe, too one-dimensional.” I pray their next album departs from this.
  • Tantric with no climax 🫤

Long time fan but this is a bummer. It’s as if someone said “ok, let’s wrap this up now”. Tracks are hyper mixed with too many layers and samples. Vocals are generic with poor lyrics. Leaves you saying “that’s it?”. I still love them. Harrison and Clayton are incredibly talented. Just missed with this one. I get it, it’s hard to out perform previous stellar albums but you can’t just get lazy and start releasing fluff.
