I found my way to this mini album through a reel of ILYSB on Instagram. Woosung’s vocals are like a whisper over sensitive skin, ephemeral and haunting. In only four songs, the lyrics and music take you through a mix of feelings from the floating too high of ComE dOWn, the dissatisfaction of Modern Life, sweet revenge of apathy in Phase Me, and the anxiety of attraction in Side Effects. Lemme tell you, this man is so versatile with his sound and you can hear his confidence in how he delivers the lyrics 🔥🔥 it’s actually intimidating how he manages to put out banger after banger!! Side Effects has to be my favorite track - that electric guitar keeps the flow bouncy and retro, so compelling. 2781/10, def recommend getting the album.

So happy to see this release. Every song is a bop and shows Woosung is here to stay. Also knowing that The Rose will be reuniting makes this even more special, to me and to so many fans who have been eagerly waiting.
