    Rich Mullins lived what he wrote, and wrote what he lived. The quality of his words and music will live eternally, and should serve as a challenge to the current crop of folks involved in the "Christian music industry" to step up their standards and break out of the radio-friendly or the numbingly repetitive praise chorus formulas that dominate what is produced today. Rich wrote real songs; so do those who actually toured with him, like Carolyn Arends and Ashley Cleveland. Give their solo works a listen too, and see what "real music" was meant to be. There's still a remnant out there...

    The artists on this project did a fantastic job! Rich Mullins music was apart of my life as a teen. To hear some of the new songs and old ones redone, was like stepping back in time to that place. A time of reminiscing…… but wonderful to see how the words and music hit me today where I am in life. Beautiful voices and amazing musicians.

    I’ve known of the desire to make this album for some time and wow! Wow! So many tracks. Even a couple Rich Mullins songs I wasn’t familiar with. The harmonies are phenomenal. Recorded in the old house in Bellsburg with a very stripped-down, Jesus Record demos approach, the sound quality is amazing. In a world of chaos, this is the soundtrack we all need.
