    Is it dangerous to listen to hypnosis cd's while driving? Obviously I would not listen to programs on falling asleep, but what about weight loss programs?

    I have seem similar products--physical CD's and granted I live in NYC--sell for more than $20! And the tracks had less minutes with a monotonous voice and a bit boring. Thank God for iTunes! This is so much nicer to listen to and it just costs $9.99!

    What a gift this recording is! I especially tend to overeat when I am nervous or anxious and this practices definitely made me take a pause and witness myself more. I now just got to get myself to make time to listen to this more regularly. I have been listening to the tracks sporadically and I already have felt some positive impact. And I feel if I were to me more disciplined with it it would be even more.
