Reviews

  • Clever, great muscianship that is a lot of fun

The Accidentals is three really terrific musicians. Katie and Sav each have good voices on their own (Katie's may be more traditionally "pretty" but Sav's is infectious); together, though, their harmonies are killer. The songs are clever and catchy, feeling fresh and new. Their music lives somewhere in the midst of singer-songwriter, modern folk, and Indie rock. Their stage show is a huge amount of fun because the three of them are clearly having a blast performing, shifting between classic cello and rock licks. Enjoy!

I recently saw The Accidentals live. I had not heard of them before but was instantly impressed. They are great musicians. Their lyrics are interesting and clever observations of life. They are hard to categorize but include a wide range of musical styles.

We have been watching this group grow up over the years, here in Traverse City, MI, and love them more each time we hear them play. Had the opportunity to see them last night in a Concert on the Lawn and had a great time. Their sound is so different and fresh. We love them!!

This group caught my ear a few days ago. I can't get their music out of my head.

This group has some real talent and are working hard to create an original sound. Short, but worthwhile addition to their library of original music.
