Fantastic insights into our human condition. Bruce constantly amazes with his insight compassion and humor , Like every one of his songs they linger on the backstreets of my memories. They are there when I pace the cages of my self cosntructed fascist cerebral architecture. If yu love his music read his memoir "Rumors of Glory "

This album is a shot in the arm for a lifelong fan of Bruce's music. It's what I need right now with all the crazy stuff going on in the world. I especially love 3 Al Purdy's". If I get to see him after one of his upcoming concerts, I'll be slapping down $20.

I found only two songs tolerable to listen to. This is amazing to me, from an artist of this caliber to create this kind of music, if you could even call it music. Maybe take 12 years next time.
  • Waited a long time for this, but it was worth it.

In a word - STELLAR. What a welcome piece of art! It makes my old heart feel all warm and fuzzy to see one of my generation's artists come back in better than ever form. Only objection - I would have loved to hear him do an occasional electric lead guitar at which he is brilliant. Hopefully next time.

A good blend of his styles. And what I appreciate most is that his guitar work still shines. Great music.

This is everything I love about Bruce. Best thing he's released since the mid-90s, if not longer.

If this incredible single released here on iTunes is any indication of Bruce's upcoming album, I'll be wearing it out like most all other of his releases. At 72 years young, Bruce Cockburn has not lost his touch one bit. I'm looking forward to this album wholeheartedly.
