“Alan Jackson” & “Burnin’ Roses” are truly great country songs. Adam Sanders is a heck of great songwriter & singer. He’s hit it out of the park - grand slam - home run with “Alan Jackson”. If that song doesn’t quickly climb to & hold onto the #1 spot then Country Music & Nashville are “Rigged” and true country fans should give up on & write off Nashville & the dramatic change they’ve made to Country Music. Adam Sanders brings it back in this EP.

I remember in 2014 (sitting with who is now my wife), having some cocktails and listening to Sirius XM on the TV and “Nothing To Do But Drink” came on. We re-winded the song twice and have been hooked ever since. Then on June 25th, 2016 had the opportunity to see Adam play a small venue in Smithfield Va, opening for Scotty Mcreery. I walked around looking for a Merchandise tent and he was the only act that didn’t have merchandise. The lovely lady that was working the event, proactively went and asked Adam if he had merchandise and invited us backstage after the set. While all I wanted to do was buy my fiancé (at the time) a shirt, we got to meet a very humble and genuine person. From his songs “I’ve Been Meaning to Call” to “Thankful For” and songs we have heard on the radio he has written (Ain’t Worth the Whiskey and Hell of a Night) he is blessed with talent and it’s a shame it’s taken so many years to finally get to the EP. He is the next country star, and mark my words, he will get CMA New Country Artist in the next 2 years. If you haven’t checked out his videos on YouTube and Facebook, you totally should. For all of us 80’s and 90’s country fans, he does a lot of amazing acoustic covers of artists like Mark Wills and Tracy Lawrence!!!
