Please Remember Me

This is a great album. Seeing "Please Remember Me" on here was educational. A little research revealed that it was written by Rodney Crowell and Will Jennings in 1995, but didn't become a hit until Tim McGraw recorded it in 1999. They say Rodney's version is on a 1995 album called "Jewel of the South", but unfortunately that album is not available on iTunes. Darn. I'd like to buy it. You can hear it on uTube though. It's a darn good song. Musically similar to McGraw's.

Love the acoustic versions of some of Crowell's great early recordings. With not as much production and Nashville shine from back in the day, they sound fresh. Highly recommend
