Big Red Machine

PLEASE JUST STOP ALREADY. I'm sick of the auto-tune, I'm sick of the grating experimental electro-beats. Everything about this album just rakes me the wrong way. I really gave this a chance, but after several listens, I'm deleting it.

These folks... and I say folks intentionally, because they really do speak to me... they make me feel like they would stop and talk to an appreciative stranger for a good long time and then go home feeling like they gained something meaningful from that encounter other than compliments. Anyway, I love the album, the mixing, the voices, the instrumentation, the lyrics, all of it together ... it’s a ratatouille for the soul.

How is this even considered music? Sounds like someone is just hitting the special effects buttons on a keyboard and throwing random words out there while recording.

This album is art and Justin Vernon is a true artist. With Aaron Dresser they have created Big Red Machine. Thank you. Lyla and Hypnostic are truly beautiful songs and should be released as singles. Air Stryp is another level of cool and I love it...it's fire!!! Top notch album showing off real talent.
