This album surprised me as my expectation was that it would be metal, instead it’s more in the lines of an electronic Lana Del Rey or maybe a darker LaRoux. This is probably my favorite album this year so far

I like the vibes so far, the songs have been good and ‘Fear You’ is one of my fav so far. Honestly don’t understand why some people on here are comparing Von D to Traci Lords. These are two different women and styles and Yes the synthwave is there but it’s different in their own way and generation gab- music has involved. There are many other artists who are in the same music genre and you will hear something that may remind you of another artist-LOL.. I mean that’s just human nature to compare and eventually feel inspired to make similar sounds with their own twist. So people need to be realistic!! Four stars for now since I have to wait to hear the full album to give my final thoughts….
