Personally, I love this album. Brush Away and Shame In You are two of my favorite songs ever, and the rest are great as well. And honestly, as a musician myself, I’m currently writing an album heavily inspired by this album.

I used to listen to rap crap then I discovered Alice in Chains. Every album and every song is consistently good. Each album is different in its own way yet excellent. Its tough to rank one above the other
  • Best song is God Am

Their best album in my opinion. Just dark and eerie.

IDK why people call this overproduced.?? I assure you it's not. 'Alice In Chains' is filled to the brim with good songs, 12 in all. This simply can't be overlooked and easily stacked up to Facelift and Dirt.

This album is what I'd imagine to be their most experimental album. It's fantastic in every way. So depressing and dark. It really gives a good glimpse at the struggles Layne and the rest of the band members were going through. 10/10. Top 5: Grind, Shame in You, Again, God Am. Every other song is really good but I really like these 5 the most.
