This album brings back great memories as a kid in the 80's. The album was played every weekend,One wish and Another place was my favorite songs. I remember seeing them on Soul Train back in the day, that was cool. Thank u Itunes 4 brings back old school jams!!

First time I heard of Hiroshima, was Friday, October 21, 2011. They were awesome. Love the music and I like each one of the band members. I will be a big fan for many years to come. Whenever I can catch Hiroshima playing, close to where I live, I will be there to listen to their music.

This is one of Hiroshima's first albums, and it is my favorite by far. The first track, "One Wish" has some of the sweetest and most beautiful melodies you will ever hear in post-modern music. Almost topping that, however, is the ballad "Save Yourself for Me", which features the very talented Barbara Long on lead vocals. The title track a very sweet instrumental piece which does just what it says. Tracks of note are: "One Wish", "Save Yourself", and "Another Place". The only thing that keeps this album from realizing it's full potential is the almost obviously cheesy 80's reminiscence on tracks 5 and 6. Otherwise, this was groundbreaking for one of the most underrated easy-listening bands of all time.

Not to be too critical of the vocals on this album, but they were mediocre to say the least, however, the highlight of this debut album by a future great group is the 1st song "One Wish". Briliant instrumental melodies that put one on top of a cloud on a dark day.The other must have on this album is Another Place, which does just that. Much better albums are to follow, but a good start for an otherwise, unknown Japanese Jazz group.

I was sixteen when I heard the song "One Wish", and I thought it was the most beautiful melodie I ever heard. Back in the day when I was listen to Run-DMC, Michael Jackson, Madonna and Culture Club. This was there breakthrough album that launch them to worldwide fame. This album would introduce Hiroshima to the new wave of fusion jazz listeners. Another Place, I do remember and Save yourself are the real jems of this album. One of the best all time smooth jazz albums right here. Get this album. You will fall in love with Hiroshima too. Promise.
