Grace are you that far out of touch that you didn't realize your fan base would never accept you working with this person? He was trying to shed himself of his homophobic label. It didn't work. I hope all those years of buying your music and standing in lines to see you in New York; that I wasn't supporting a homophope.

Everyone that has reviewed this is right about ONLY one topic: These mixes STINK - you are all correct in this. But you frustrations are misdirected regarding "Grace working with this hatemonger": I do not work for Taxi Records, but in the industry, it is NOT uncommon for artists to NOT OWN THEIR RECORDINGS, especially if they recorded prior to the 1990s. I have worked closely with the recording industry for 20 years, and my guess is that Grace had NOTHING to do with this collaboration. Island Records probably licensed the vocal track and possibly some mix to Taxi - without Grace ever knowing it (she was probably high at the time anyway - I say that and I LOVE Grace. History often repeats itself)
  • Don't blame Grace

These remixes are not bad. But does anyone realize this song is probably as older than Bounty Killer? And that this is only a new remix not a collaboration? And that it may have been Grace Jones' label, not Grace Jones who authorized these remixes? Not all artists have complete control over their music, how and when it is re-released or remixed. Don't blame her necessarily, she may not even know these remixes exist, or if she does, not care, because they're not very popular. If I worried about every homophobic company, I wouldnt eat or wear clothes, drive a car or have furniture. Think about that.

Hey Grace, the gays MADE your career! This is how you show appreciation? Teaming up with an idiot who encourages murder of gays & lesbians? P.S. these mixes are crap, too.
  • Grace, what is wrong with you????

Grace, could you not find anyone to collaborate with than a super homophobic musician?Bounty Hunter is the reason why it is not safe for GLBT people to travel to Jamaica.Bounty Hunter proudly and openly promotes violent crime against Gay,Lesbian,Bi and Transgendered persons.Do you have ANY fans who do not fit these discriptions? What are you thinking?Good bye,Grace!
