Moon Taxi has a very original and unique sound and great lyrics too!! They are great live and you should definetely get both of their albums!!!! They're a fun band and quickly becoming one of my favorites!!!!

This band has the feel of a younger Kings of Leon. Hopefully they won't sell out in their future like KOL did, but for now they're incredible. I saw them a few weeks ago and fell in love. Their songwriting ability and presence on stage is remarkable. They're worth telling your friends about and get behind these guys because they're special.

I recently had the fortune of seeing Moon Taxi live. It was a rockin' good time. I had never heard of them before and now they are quickly becoming one of my favorites. Buy the CD's and if you ever get the chance to see this band live - DO IT!

Amazing songwriting and musical sophistication. These guys are fantastic live and their originality is exciting. Banjo, digeridoo, Native American flute - wow! Great guitar work.
This is a young group that shows talent and charisma beyond their years. Go to a show near you and dance your brains out. Listen to the album a couple of times and you won't be able to stop the music in your head.

These guys are very organic and non-robotic. Although at times they can be quite technical and fazmotic, they never lapse into a mega industrial or capitalistic vibe of musicianship. Melodica is an album tailored specifically to rejuvenate the dilapidated prune of a jamband scene aka the American jungle juice festivalus cubensis strain. Whatever. Another important note is that Moon Taxi recorded, incubated, and hatched each and everyone of Melodica's amazing tracks on each of Jupiters 15 moons.
