Old school fear factory feel with a new wave of music. Our beloved genre has been saved.

The Dead on the Dance Floor remix is good enough reason to get this, and the Inversion track is nice too.

This is what I like about these guys. They are not afraid to try something new in the genre of metalcore/black metal. These songs are still technically what you would expect from DAATH, but with a twist. "Dead On the Dance Floor" was just asking for a remix. I haven't seen this sort of risk taking since Fear Factory. The song still retains its hard hitting nature, but with a noticeable techno feel. I applaud the guys for doing this.
  • Horrible!

The vocals on this are horrible. Seriously, I thought that was Grover singing lead!

Their album is great and so is this. The Dead on the Dance floor remix is amazing, and inversion is a great song too. Great vocals, awsome guitar riffs, in your face drums, strong bass lines, and catchy key tunes. From the Blind is on their album though, so... not sure why its on here. Oh, and if you don't like metal because it "gives you a headache", don't write a review on a metal band. Kinda obvious...

First off- I despise techno but I just bought the Dead On the Dance Floor Mix and it's great! Some mixes are horrible but this one is simply wonderful!

I love the Death on the Dance Floor mix. It's nice to hear a band like Daath take another approach, instead of the same old formulaic growl and chug, of most bands in this genere. Reminds me of Fear Factory. Nice work!
