I absolutely LOVE this album by Framing Hanley. Their sound is so unique and not something you hear everyday. I listen to this CD when I need to calm down. It's truly great!

Amazing band with amazing music. Their music really has meaningful lyrics and a great sound. They have true talent, and all of their music is good on The Moment and A Promise to Burn. It's like they take life and put it into song. Lollipop (which is an AMAZING cover for the song... literally gave me chills) is what made me kinda start looking at the band. Hear Me Now is what caught my attention and made me start looking more into the band and seeing if I liked the rest. They mix SO many different elements into their songs. They are so talented and more people should look at this band because what they have is real, catchy, and it's just something most rock music lovers would enjoy.
  • Must have album for your collection

This album gives it all: from slower songs to all-energy "crank it up" rock! Their rendition of 'Lollipop' is even better then the original, 'Hear Me Now' will have you hitting 'repeat' 30x and 'It's Not What They Said' is a slower track that you will be stuck in your head when you are TRYING to get some sleep! As far as Freshman albums go, this is a great break-through that definatly guarantees this band is NOT a 'one-album wonder'. Do yourself a favor and give Framing Hanley a try -- just buy the album, don't bother with individual songs!

I was first introduced to Framing Hanley by their remix of Lollipop which I prefer to the original any day. I love the way they bring a new feel to their music by combining different elements from other genres. They have a lot of promise and I definitely recommend them to anyone who's interested in hearing something new and fresh.

This album has the most unique sound. Some people call it emo rock, some call it indie rock. I call it amazing. The vocals from Nixon are amazing. Most of my friends only know Framing Hanley for their cover of Lollipop, but I have coaxed them into listening to the album. Most of the have fallen in love with it. Can't wait for the release of A Promise To Burn! MayTwentyFifthTwoThousandAndTen!!!! <3 Kasey

These guys are Ah-mazing!! Their music is something you want to listen to over and over again. They make me want to hear more from them. They are my fave band ever, and that's pretty hard to make me have a fave band because i listen to a lot of music! They are number 1 in my book. I totally have The moment album and i give it a thumbs up. I love all of their songs and I'm looking forward to getting their new album (a promise to burn) coming out soon :). Last thing i have to say is these guys are da BOMB! <3

How can I describe this remarkable band. Words are just too weak. They flow through your blood as they play and you're left with nothing to do but listen and cry. I can't go a day without listening to them. I can't even describe fully how much I love this band. I need them to feed my soul and they strike their feelings in me. There's this amazing feeling you get as you listen. Framing hanley is forever part of me and if you like three days grace you'll love these guys more
