Black ryhmes better than everybody you hear on radio, thats for sure! Have you guys been listening to the south lately. The south took lyricism back to the 70's, you can bet your bottom dollar on that!

as a pure Hip-Hop Head, i am anti-radio, anti-crunk and definitely anti-Soulja Boy (i dislike him so much i dont even know how to spell the name). so, all that considered, i can appreciate Blacks effort here, he's just not a good enough lyricist to pull it off. he goes introspective on us, which is nice--he talks about himself, life, and things like that. however, his lyrics are a bit pitiful and he rhymes about FOOD in EVERY SONG! in track 2, he says "qualification" and the only rhyme he could come up with was "crustacean!!" thats food obsession and a whack rhyme!! so, i do appreciate him straying from the typical mainstream sound to try and distinguish himself, but this album falls flat. listen to the 30 clips of each track and u will most likely agree with me on most of my points.
