Brooklyn's Don Diva Album Review

Y'all, this album is not that bad. How about you make a 15 track album right when you get out of prison. Rappers that go to prison usually come out totally wack on their CDs after their release, Fox didn't.

I like foxy brown but this album is the result of poor decisions and greedy shady management! Horrible, cheap beats, wack lyrics, and even recycled songs!! Burn if you must
I'ts good but not great

I'm all reality, I figured 3 stars was too low and 4 was too high. The album is pure Foxy as we know her, but my only disappointment was that the songs are repeated verses. It's like it's two versions of each song making the album seem full. The hooks and chorus are different but the same verses as a previous song, and also different name to the song (about three or four are like that). I know Foxy has more fire to spit than that to recycle rhymes! A previous review said that this album was old and released since before she went to jail, if so I'll give her a pass. Looking forward to some more from her, hopefully fully constructed with new, improved and one-time only verses. Always a fan though.

Well, After a seven year absence Foxy returns to show how it feels to be Brooklyn's Don Diva. This album was delayed several times because of her jail sentence. Anyhow this isn't a huge improvement from any other of her albums, mediorce tracks and topics aren't the key for a good album. Brainless titles for songs don't smooth the deal either. A couple songs are fun and danceable, but most of them you would here in a girl bar. Well, here is my TBTR of Brooklyn's Don Diva.

Great lyrics and sound. "Too Real" is the fav with it's mello beat. Now let us see how many people will sleep on this album.

I waited so long for this. Foxy & Lil Kim held it down for NY female rappers once, but now it's eh. I love Foxy's rasta-type flow from her last album and "We Don't Surrender" on this album. Other than that one song though, it's not killin' me. I'm dsappointed, and the cover is just awkward. Looks like she's farting.
