I absolutely love the tavern music in WoW, especially from the Lion's Pride Inn, so I had to purchase this album for a great deal!! Thank you, Blizzard for making lovely music!

Even today, in 2014 I still love all these pieces, I always kept the WoW music on while I played, it only makes the game better. The soundtracks are what add to the greatness of World Of Warcraft

I loved the Warcraft series, that is to say, up to Warcraft III Frozen Throne. I never got into WoW (still hoping for a WCIV). Regardless of that though, this music is euphoria for the ears. Personally I use it while brainstorming writing ideas. I would recommend this to any person looking for some medieval fanfare.

I love Arkenstones music and was happily surprised to see this collection of WoW game music available. I purchased it and listened through twice and could not be happier. I have added these tracks to my normal playlist and find myself huming the tunes throughout the day. David Arkenstone is a masterful musician and his tunes tend to stick with you - I love the variety and deep moods these tracks provide. I heartily recomend this to anyone who enjoys great period music and catchy fantasy tunes.

A must have for any WoW collector. A good set for anyone interested in mid eval sounding music. My favorites are Deepwater, Stonefire, Spirit Stone, and Lion's Pride
  • Even non-players can enjoy!

I remember making a copy of this CD for a family member who didn't play the game (or really use the internet at all). I explained the track listing had names from a video game and they looked at me funny but happily popped it in their CD player. Years later, I still get letters asking if there was ever another one made. I am so happy the quality of music used in the game is this high! Great album, good game, and lots of good times to be had with this one.

As a player of World of Warcraft, I dont hear this music too much, your out questing, raiding, dungeons, ect. I really enjoy the music inside the taverns/inns in WoW when I go in (usually for food/drink), but I absolutely love the tavern/inn music and am happy this album came out. As a Horde player, I am not familiar with some of the tracks (they are in Alliance inns/taverns), although the ones I remember the most are Lion's Pride, Pig and Whistle, Elders' Hearth, Salty Sailor, Deepwater, Bad Juju Bar and Grill, and Bloodsail. This is relaxing music that you dont have to be a fan of World of Warcraft to like, and I would show this to someone and advise them to buy it, as I am clicking the "9.99 Buy Album" button and entering my password right now... Enjoy!!!

  • all songs are the same

I really really want to like this album, but after listening to the first few songs, they all sound the same. Each song has a misleading title. For example, Thunderbrew should represent the music of the dwarves, but instead it is a the same flute and guitar music that is in all the other. The song titled 'Bad Juju Bar & Grill' sounds like it would be something that would be played by the Trolls, but instead sounds just like any other song with the same flute and guitar music. To the artist of this album.. come out with a new one and make the music sound like you are actually AT the tavern at a far away land inhabited by strange and wonderous creatures rather than sounding like the same band keeps playing different variations of the same song.
