After researching many "Nature Sounds" I found this one to be the most realistic without sounding too overdone. It lulled me to sleep fast and kept me asleep without surprising me with random loud Thunder or a bird cackeling in the background. This was PERFECT!

There is nothing like sounds of nature as white noise for sleeping with. This is a good recording, the sound is clear and I like that the recording is offered as iTunes plus. I recommend only buying iTunes plus since it is not DRM protected and files are much superior than MP3 files.
