To be honest, MSI brought me here. But once I heard Sugarbaby, I LOVED it. Totally Chantel, totally Jimmy. Although, I don't like Best of Me.

I hate to say it, but that show brought me to Morningwood. =O. I haven't listened to most of the songs, but I'm telling you, Sugarbaby is an AMAZING song. It's SO catchy. Talented band, great songs. Awesome job!

Morningwood certainly came back and gave their fans what they wanted. This album is one of the best i heard in a long time. what makes it so great is that each track is unique and different; which is what many albums fail at. Not one track is boring.

this album is hot hot hot. I always felt like morningwood the band was so much more amazing than their self titled release three years prior would lead you to believe. it had its good tracks (like jetsetter and take off your clothes) but overall the non-a-side singles lacked a certain oomph. this album has plenty of that oomph, in every single track. it brings to mind lacing a pop melody with a heavy rock/metal backbone and feeding some speed into the mix. completely electric, perfect to get amped up for a night out or to blast as you drive/work/whatever. 3 years in the making and a true labor of love between chantal and pedro, this album rocks!

I enjoy Morningwood's first offering, but this is a fantastic step upwards. The songs are more solid and consistent, and there are catchy hooks all over the place. This is fun, rock-n-roll electro pop with a whole lot of attitude. Chantal's vocals are confident and unique, and the sound is cohesive and never ever boring. All in all, well worth the wait! Stand out tracks are Sugarbaby and How You Know It's Love. Cat in a Box is a softer side to Morningwood, quietly anguished, and it works beautifully. Brava!
