I remember the first song I heard by ANgus and Julia stone was Big Jet Plane and I fell in love. I decided to look into them more and I just loved every song. It get you creates a chill an emotion in every song. Julia's voice is beautiful distinct and I love Angus in Draw your swords especially when he begins to shout to show the emotion. I would definitely recommend this album to others and hopefully I will be able to see them in October here in New York! :)

Good album. They have a nice sound. It's simple, but effective. I do wish, however, that it had more musical depth. The single note piano lines are nice, but some chords would give it a lot more life and emotional appeal. One reviewer said it was "haunting" and I agree, but it could be more haunting and epic with a few musical additions. I'm thinking too much like an engineer. I would love to get my hands on the masters of this album though. I also found this collection of songs to be inspiring. It makes me want to write and play guitar more.
  • Possibly one of the most boring albums I have ever heard.

No standout tracks, the same drivel over and over again. Delete delete delete.

I have listened to Angus & Julia's previous work so many times; this new content is outstanding. If you ever get to seem them live, definitely do so- they are both very nice, down-to-earth people, - with amazing talent.

This album sounds like you're in a dream. It's really beautiful, I think they improve every time they release something new- and they are just as good live!!
