I just saw her today for the first time at the Winthrop Rhythm n Blues festival in WA. I was completely blown away! She is one of the most talented guitar players I have ever seen. I put her in the same class as Joe Satriani, Randy Rhodes, and yes even Jimi Hendrix. Really- she is something vary rare and very special. I felt very lucky to have seen her play live.

Bought this just because of White Sugar. Not dissapointed. Saw her live in Bakersfield, Sweet.

Bought this sound unheard, even better than the debut. Great vocal style that is getting better with experience and the git fiddle work is simply outstanding, "you go girl" !!! In the words of my favorite orphan "may I please have some more?"

This album is a great follow-up to White Sugar. I was fortunate to see her in a very small venue (fewer than 100 people allowed in) and was blown away by her talent--she deserves all of the accolades she has been given, and all that are sure to come. A lot of the other music on my iPhone is being neglected because I keep going back to her music!

The review above is off the mark. Condescending comments about one of the few truly great new blues guitarists around just don't have any value here. A little-bit-alot sexist I'm thinking. The reality is that this woman from the UK knocks everyone's socks off and she belongs in Clapton's next Crossroads right up there with Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi. Joanne you are fantastic. This is a fine album.

This is an excellent album by a very talented musican. I'm so glad I discovered Joanne's music here on iTunes. She's more talented than all the Pop princesses put together and after meeting her at a gig this summer I can honestly say she's a very nice and humble person. I like this record equally as much as her debut "White Sugar" for different reasons. Buy it!
