    Ahhh... Flesh Field. I still remember the day I first heard this album back when it first came out while I was in high school. This album embodies the essence of epic. It is the definition of epic. There is nothing out there that quite captures the power, the anger and sheer epicness that this album oozes. Though I grew out of most of the bands I listened to back in the early 2000s, Flesh Field isn't one of them. This album still finds its way into my playlists nearly 10 years after release. I can't think of a better compliment than that. I can't think of any other band that can match Flesh Field's intensity and raw power in this album. Frankly I've given up on ever finding anything remotely as powerful, epic or just plain beautiful. RIP Flesh Field. You will be missed. The best songs on the album by far are Voice of Dissent, Amoeba and Haven.
