I remember meeting him as the music director for Byron Allen and I am glad to see he is still making great music. I can't believe I found him here. So happy!

I'm not familiar with Terry's previous work, but now I'm an instant fan! Commercial? Yes... Pop inspired? Absolutely. But such great playing by a world-class set of musicians and singers, combined with some sensitive arranging and composing, make for a pleasurable listening experience. "The Blue Pearl" is a very flowing and beautifully played guitar piece, and it adds some contrast in texture. Highly recommended!

What a great sounding jazz album from artist Terry Wollman! The different rhythms from around the world put together with the clean tranquil notes from his guitar are heartfelt and profound! What amazing sound quality the music provides giving it much more emotion! “Getting Ready to Get Ready” is a feel good song at its finest! The lists of quality musicians on the album are second to none! Terry shines bright on this fantastic record!

Terry Wollman, What a talent.... This whole CD is really wonderful, iTunes folk, please check the whole CD you will love what you hear, There is a song called "Right Where You Are" which took my breath away, and is sung beautifully by Melanie Taylor, and was written by Mr. Wollman and the amazing Melissa Manchester and it's so uplifting and just spectacular, AND Keb' Mo' co-wrote a song, and sings on the moving "A Mother's Work" and there is a cut called ELEVEN 11 which is just as good as it gets. Thanks for this beautiful music.... much success to you with this one! it's just stellar! m

I love this album! This is the first time I have heard Terry Wollman's music.....then I went back and saw his older albums on itunes. I checked them out and loved them too. It is soothing, while still upbeat . I don't typically listen to jazz, but there is nothing "typical" about this album.

If you used to listen to Jazz in the 60's and 70's, and haven't updated your collection in a long time, this is a great addition. If you're like me, you'll find yourself playing it over and over. It's as therapeutic to the ears as sitting in a perfectly heated hot tub for the rest of your body.
  • "Budda's Ear" is another timeless classic from TERRY WOLLMAN

Mesmorized by the flawless music that TERRY WOLLMAN produces and performs on. All of his albums/cds are nothing short of amazing. If you haven't listened to his first two; Bimini, and Say Yes, i invite and encourage you to do so. All of his songs take me to spiritual places that i have never been before... if picasso played guitar

I have been a fan of Mr. Wollman's work for years and it has been an interesting and enjoyable musical journey. If you are a fan of Larry Carlton, Dave Grusin, Tommy Emmanuel or even Earl Klugh, you will find this CD a wonderful delight to the ear and will enjoy all it has to offer. It opens with "Mandela", a rhythmic little chart (with great players I might add) that should fit into any radio station's smooth jazz format. In that I love beautiful ballads (Terry writes some great ballads. I used one of them for my wedding) my favorites are "Love You, Miss You, Kiss You" and "Eleven 11" two beautiful and sometimes haunting pieces. Sit back, relax and enjoy those two. What sets this recording apart from his earlier ones is this one displays his prowess as an arranger with arrangements that are not only beautiful but only enhance the listening experience. I love the little string line rif in "Gettin' Ready to Get Ready". The orchestration throughout gives fullness and body to each piece. I won't go on about the other pieces other than to say "A Mother's Work" is a tender and touching ballad that can bring a tear to your eye. If you like good music, you now have a prime piece of cake and if you like good arrangements you also have the icing. Enjoy. I certainly did.
