You get what you pay for. You getting a project pat album that bangs crazy hard on our 12 inch kicker sub ... Can only imagine the sound on a proper dual 12 setup with mids and highs. Pat has actually tightened his flow up as well. He still isnt a real mc or lyricist by any stretch but no one expects immortal technique quality multi sylabic verses from Pat. We expect that hood. If you want something to get hype while on a night out this is a great choice. Best track is 'Flashin. Its probably the best 36 produced track ever. Hits so clean and hard and pats flow is perfect with the beat.

On da real! I'm from Nashville, TN and I have been bangin' GoldMouf since 1999. Take it from me! The traxx are still hard. Same Project style. Thats what I love HE AIN'T CHANGIN' for nobody! no sellout, no commercial BS. Same dirty south sound. DJ Paul and Juicy J went back to da ol skool junt's on this one. To be quite honest. I wish I could see DJ Paul Juicy J, Project Pat, Scarecrow, La Chat, Gangsta Boo, Crunchy, and Koop do a reunion. Heck even bring back Skinny Pimp and the Rockafellaz too. Prophet Entertainment back once again. Killer album Pat!

1st, I want to agree with the other review, about recycled songs and poor quality(beats are good, but nuthing else stands out in the music)..3 of the songs are from mixtapes...being a true project pat fan, this album still gets love from me..Its enough good songs to give it 4 stars...If you want to listen to the real street ish from a real street dude then cop this and his old ish....I pre ordered this CD expecting for this to be his break out album, kinda of like bringing the streets back type ish but its still bump loud when im rolling on the westside of the A....

After a significant hiatus, Project Pat returns with his new solo album Loud Pack on Hypnotized Minds, sure to please fans of hard-core Memphis rap. Revelling in political incorrectness, Pat raps about robbery, drug dealing, gang-banging and marijuana, but he does it so energetically and over beats so banging with the classic Hypnotized Minds sound and feel that the listener can’t help being exhilarated as all the rules are broken. Stacking paper seems to be the dominant theme of the album, expressed in songs such as “Duffle Bag”, “7 Days A Week”, “Money On My Mind” and the final “Dollar Signs”, which features appearances from Three-6 Mafia and Rick Ross. “I Play Dope Boy” , “Flashin” and indirectly “Niggas So Cut Throat” are songs about robberies and treachery. “Gang Signs” rejoices in the nihilism of gang-banging and bragging about it, but over a powerful beat that makes the whole thing seem fun, while “I Got A Question” is delivered over a track full of Asian musical influences. The only really pimped-out track on Loud Pack is “Kelly Green”, a tribute to the mystic weed personified as a woman, over a soulful, laid-back groove. Production, by DJ Paul and Juicy J, is first-rate throughout, making Loud Pack an album not to be missed.
