This is a gorgeous, beautiful, richly textured piece. The players are wonderful, the recording is wonderful, the liner notes are wonderful. Of course nothing is perfect. And everybody knows I'm a Glass fan. But I think Philip is writing his best music now. His music has evolved. Yes, you can still tell it's Glass, but isn't that the point? 5+ stars. Petgigs

This is the second recording of this concerto and it's a good one! The Orchestra of the Americas under Anzolini with Sutter sound fantastic.
