Grew up listening to Booby. He has stayed relevant and Fresh. First the Gorillaz and now this?! It rocks my world.

Bobby Womack truly has a unique and powerful voice best enjoyed on his previous recordings, there is hardly anything that is not likablein his enire body of work. However while Mr. Womack gives glowing compliments to the British band Gorillaz (they co-produced this with him) sadly Mr. Womack's singing at least from what we can hear in this track is drawned by a style of electronic instrument arrangement which doesn't suit his soulful singing. Sadly his singing sounds more like the cries of a man, who is trying to escape something which inflicts pain upon him. If this track is of any indication for the remainder of his album "The Bravest Man In The Universe" which comes later in June this year, it may not be farfetched to say Mr. Womack is wasted by the Gorillaz.

Times moves forward...artists such as Bobby change with that time. This song is so pure and beautiful. The words and vocals on this are so simple and touching. Bobby still has the heart of a creative artist.....we as listeners have to evolve too. Hope those who didn't like the music gives it another chance . And this next time listen with an open heart.

I love Bobby Womack, but this is horrible. The music is definitely not what we are used to for him. I hope the album is nothing like this, if so I will not purchase it. Bring Bobby back please. I'll have to continue listening to his old music.
