I first heard this song in the episode "how to save a life" from season eleven of Grey's anatomy, when *spoiler alert* McDreamy went into surgery and died. I immediately shazamed it because in all honesty, the song moved me to tears during the whole scene. I love the vocals, the accompaniment, the lyrics, everything about this song is perfection.
