This is labeled as hip-hop for the same reason RJD2 is...they came up in the hip-hop community and are heavily influenced by that sound. Would you find it strange to hear a hip-hop instrumental?

i just read some other fools review and he said that there actually are no lyrics in any of these songs...if that is the case then why is this labeled in the hip hop genre. Just label it as electro if that's what it is...

Every now and then I will be looking up new artists in this over saturated experimental (mostly instrumental) avenue of hip hop and electronic music, and I always come by Eliot Lipp and get blown away, he has so many gems. you just have to go threw and find them. Nokia is a stomper here for sure.

well, all i hear is cheesy, and somewhat creepy, background music with no lyrics. maybe the music is good but iTunes, put some lyrics up on your music, jeez.
