David Gilmour is not only a great musician, he is also a great human being. Why is this important? Because in music, you should be able to get across feelings, emotions, messages… whatever really. If you’re rotten and hateful, your love and peace songs will eventually crumble. If you’re loving, kind and compassionate, they will endure and connect across time and space w/out alienating anyone. Let these words fall where they may because there’s one former member of a band associated with Gilmour who is anything but loving, kind and compassionate. That’s why I love David Gilmour! ❤️

Since back in 2021 when I read David was working on a new lp! So excited for this magnificent piece of work. I know it will be above my expectations as always. Long live David Gilmour and love live the greatest rock band of all time, The Pink Floyd!!!!

Glad David Gilmour is still producing music. It is amazing how musicians can be creative from the 1960s to 2024. I do wish David and his wife would stop attacking Roger Waters though. Roger comes out ahead in every intellectual argument. Better David didn’t try to engage. He losses every time.

I’ve been waiting and hoping so long for something new from David, my favorite musician!! I have no doubt this album will be fantastic, as is all of David’s solo work, and that with Pink Floyd. I’m hoping that a tour will take place also! Thanks David for the new album! Again, I hope to see you on the road some time soon!!
