Where is Accept's signature sound? Couldn't find it on this album. If someone played this without mentioning the name, I would have thought it was some generic hair band from LA.

The track Generation Clash says a lot about this album and the bands current style. Eat the Heat is an underrated album for the time period. Had the band survived fisticuffs backstage after a gig in Chicago on tour to support the album, who knows, but they have made another album. Song for song, this album holds up. And while it might not be a typical ACCEPT album, it's worth a listen. I'm still playing it this many years later.

Great songs and great guitar riffs and vocals. The best accept lineup followed by today's accept lineup. Some of the great songs are turn the Wheel Around, Generation Clash, X.T.C, and Hellhammer

This is incredibly bad. I don't know how much worse u could get, and I am a huge Accept fan. I did'nt even know about this one and now I know why. Every song sounds the same, it's all commercial, and that is just not what this band is supposed to be about. Evey one makes mistakes, and I am willing to forget about this one and still consider Accept one of the good metal bands of the '80's.
  • Best Accept Album ever!

This was the first Accept album with a new singer. It has power, hooks, and quality! A gem, and no one really knows this one. A shame.
