This is the album that takes me back to HS. Playing in the jazz band, this was the pinnacle of jazz/funk for us. The music is so tight and vocals outstanding. An amazing live album that really demonstrates AWB's talent. I remember having finished a gig as we were hired to play a wedding reception and flying high on the way home with our adrenalin flowing, hearing the long version of Pieces. We had never heard a song this long and it lasted literally all the way home. We were screaming the parts as we cruized down the highway. Magical time and magical music by an outstanding band. This is a must have record.

This is my absolute favorite album of this supergroup! The live version of "Pick Up The Pieces" is worth the price of the album alone. I agree with the earlier reviews that this is truly a masterpiece of editing and live recording. The drummer, Steve Ferrone, performed a career solo on "Pick Up..", which greatly inspired my own drumming, as well as many others. This is a MUST BUY!

especially driving back to Pearl Harbor in the morning after a night of dancing ...It was such a great time and the music was always on. Before Saturday Night Fever brought every joker in a cheap white suit out. Anybody remember soul night at Hickam AF Base?

this album is their career highlight in my opinion. the engineering on this album is incredible (compared to the bs technique that passes for "live" recording these days). Funny that TLC and Pick Up are the highlights that will force you to buy the album. but just take my word for it please. this album just dont get no better. Masterpiece across the boards!!!!!
