One my personal favorites! Cy Colman and Ira Grasman have made a wonderful score for a story about Times Square hookers in the 80's. Bold and brassy, yet naive and sensitive, The Life tells a unique tale through its music. From the sweet dreams sung in "People Magazine" to the darker side of the business in "'Someday' is for Suckers," The Life holds down both the dramatic and fun side that all good musicals contain. Plus, the showstopper "My Body" cannot be beat. It's worth it!
