Ive changed my name a few times but im the same guy who was posted under GNR rocks and Escape The Fate. I'm sorry for being a hater I should've done a little more research before I spouted off like I did. I looked up Mike Patton and honestly I didn't really like him a whole lot but you know that's okay because music is all opinion. I do think Serj is better than this but who am I to judge if he loves this kind of music good for him. I'm more into the hardcore metalcore scene. But if you guys like this that's cool too. So sorry about my earlier review hopefully you can forgive me for my ignorance. Thanks :)

I saw S.O.A.D. back when they were on tour for their first album. A band by the name of Mr. Bungle opened for them led by none other than Mike Patton. I have been a listener of Serj and Patton and their respective bands ever since. Serj did a song back in the day with Dog Fashion Disco, a band that has been influenced by Mike Patton's work. Listening to one band will lead you to another and soon you will see that you have come full circle. Anyway, what I'm saying is that this song is great (so is the movie), and I suggest that you check out the many project's of Mike Patton. Oh, btw Serj stood up for Mr. Bungle when everyone was booing them off the stage. He said that Mr. Bungle and Faith No More were a big influence on S.O.A.D.

This is a Well Crafted Pop Rock Song.I Absolutely suggest it!

I'm a big fan of Mike Patton's work as well as System of a Down/Serj Tankian. After I read that they had paired up for a song I *had* to check it out. I wasn't disappointed. Catchy, weird, and intricate. Nice Middle Eastern influence and great vocals. Definitely something that fans of either artist should check out!

When i heard mike patton and serj tankian were doing a song together, i thought i was gonna pass out. then after i heard it i did!! (lol jk). But seriously, this is just another amazing track done by Patton. Get it now!!

Serj and Mike Patton -- the partnership makes me drool with excitement. These two men are extremely talented and cutting edge. The song was interesting, but commercial, as I think a movie song usually is. It will appeal to many, and as a die-hard fan of both Patton and Tankian I enjoy the flair to it. I would have loved them to sing more often in unison/harmony. Buy it!!

This song is awesome, I can't believe anyone could possibly give this a 1????? Its fricken Mike Patton afterall. This song is amazing, I like the sound, the chorus and Serj Tankian included. Obviously You notice Mike Patton more because of his awesome voice and he is included on the versus more. Stop getting all worked up because Serj is not doing SOTD because this song is a good one!

so happy to hear him singing and the middle eastern (as someone said here) is awesome with serj maybe influenced it? who knows, mike patton has dabbled in similar styles, so one can not guess on that. I got a great shot on my EberlyPhoto site. someday i want to work and photograph him in a more creative way... i have all cd's, very talented person , much needed in this world... more people need to be like him, BUY THIS !! make him $$ so he can make more haha :)
