Now, a few years past it's chart-popularity, this song sticks with me still. Remembering how others are affected by their own perceived shortcomings, most children often feel ill-at-ease, at best. Having friends with physical challenges when I was in school, I've seen children and young people literally "come alive" when someone took an interest in them. For me at least, "may I never forget." This is one of those videos, along with its associated memories, that recall those lessons learned, so many years ago. And thanks, Martina, for helping me to "never forget."
