I never thought I'd be the fan of a circus show soundtrack. But KÀ is the exception. This soundtrack is simply amazing. The show is excellent in every way. A beautiful show with a lot of great acts and a huge moving stage. The visuals are stunning. There is even indoor fireworks. I love the fact that the show has a story line. It makes the show flow so much better. I've seen a few Cirque du Soleil shows and KÀ has been my favorite. Listening to this soundtrack makes me go back to the show every time. I highly recommend that if you've seen the show, you buy the soundtrack. You won't regret it.

This is the best album ever!!! Kà has this brilliant feel to it, and I think my favorite song would be forest. Anyone notice tue smooth motion of the 50 foot stage thing during the shadow puppet scene? It's so cool! The shadows too! The show is beautiful, with vibrancy and color. Check it out!
Incredible Soundtrack for a Phenomenal Show!

This is one of my favorite Cirque Du Soleil shows & I strongly encourage others to see it for themselves. Unlike other Cirque shows, which are very abstract, Ka' has a pretty straight forward story about these royal twins who are seperated through tragedy, undergo a journey of self-discovery, and concludes with their reunion.
A wide array of sounds & instruments are utilized; a choir made up of 40 singers and a symphony orchestra which uses strings, horns, winds, keyboards, percussions, the whole 9 yards. In some songs you can hear guitars & electronic sounds which creates a cool combination of old meets new.
My top songs would be "Battlefield", which is a very powerful song and the use of the choir gives it an epic atmosphere. It begins orchestral but then takes an electronic turn, which actually works pretty well. Listen to the sample that's provided & you'll get an idea of what I'm referring to. And my other standout song would be "We've Been Waiting So Long" which is beautiful & relaxing, it contains very heart-felt singing.
This soundtrack has a vibrant atmosphere that will envelop you in a world of grandeur and adventure right from the start. Don't hesitate to check it out!

I was able to see the show last year and this brings back the energy and feel of the show home. Wish could have this show on Video. The "stage" is its own star with an awesome cast and music that takes you into the story
