i've read the reviews. i completely disagree with those in disapproval. mike is and was the bomb. the songwriting and production on this album are great. philbin's bass lines are perhaps the best of any player. mike's vocals were top of the line. very soulful and spot on.
  • Not good enough…

I seriously think that reo did better with Cronin. In Fact, Reo Speedwagon got rid of Mike Murphy and replaced him with Kevin Cronin because of the very same reason…
  • Great Album!

This album is great; this album as well as Ridin' The Storm Out are by far my favorite Speedwagon albums. The music has a very 70's midwest rock feel and doesn't disappoint. This album is truly all about the music; they seem very relaxed with the music and in-tune with themselves. Five Stars for sure!
  • Not worth buying the whole CD

There really are only a couple of good songs on this CD. Gary R. used to rock on the guitar with his earlier music. (Like Reo Speedwagon and Reo T.W.O.) He is a good guitarist but has really never lived up to his potential due to the money factor.

Thank God these guys eventually hooked up with Kevin Cronin!
