Lyrically one of the most enjoying Christian albums I've heard. This is simply beautiful music. The Acoustic guitar is refreshingly simple leaving you with a very natural sound. Love love love this album. I listen to both secular and Christian music and this is by far one of my favorite albums of all albums I possess.

Well, I rarely review albums, but since this album had so little notoriety I thought it was time. This is my personal favorite A. P. album. I just saw him in concert, and I was a teensy bit dissapointed he didn't sing "Rise and Shine" because it is a really fantastic song! He just has such a wonderful peace to his voice and has such an openness about him, you feel like you really know him from listening to his songs. Also, in concert he basically just rambles whatever anecdotes come to mind, which is pleasantly refreshing, since so many bands have cheap jokes they obviously repeat ever night and inwardly hate, he just comes on stage and talks with you. Sweet dude, Buy the album, you won't regret it!

This album took my breath away when I first heard it. The "folk music" sound coupled with the lyrics is amazing, especially Come, Lord jesus. It's a statment about God's love for everyone and how Christians get caught up in their own piety. When i heard it for the first time, I wept because it reminded me of how I should be as a Christian and where I truly was.The harmony is beautiful. Grrat driving music too.
