  • Love the tunes, but like everything else, over-compressed mastering.

The title sums it up. I'll still buy it and will probably love it .. but wish it breathed like the sound of the 80s recordings these harken to.

Remembering the heady days of College, when the world seemed and easier place and life was not so complicated...the voice takes me back and I can still feel the dancing horses and the killing moon with my lips like sugar!
  • You need it!

While not rivaling Bunnymen classics like "Over The Wall" or "The Killing Moon", this new single and b-side again show why fans should still pay attention to the band. With an insistent melody, charging beat, and Will Sargeant's typically ringing guitar work, "Think I Need It Too" is catchy as a cold and just as hard to shake - you only need to hear it once and you'll be singing it, guaranteed. The b-side "November" is, if anything, even better. Darker and more atmospheric than the single, "November" brings to mind the moodier classics of yesteryear, as well as more recent gems like "King Of Kings" and "Scissors In The Sand". Essential downloads for fans, these two tracks also make a nice introduction for the unfamiliar.
  • Still good

I'm a big EATB fan from the Ocean Rain days. That was the golden age. Nobody will ever make music like that again. Think I Need It Too is enjoyable, yet predictable in its late Bunnymen formula - I'm excited to hear the new CD coming out shortly. I thought Siberia, their last CD had a lot of merit. They still beat ANY new alternative- Talk about formulaic!
