Good album but leaves much to be desired because it is not complete..
  • Let down

As the title says, this album was a let down. Having 'One Winged Angel' is great and all but this track doesn't have the two most amazing songs I've ever heard in Final Fantasy, those being 'Divinity' that is basically the fight theme with Bahamut, and 'The Promised Land' which plays when Kadaj is finally defeated. Not having those two deducted a star each from this rating and I'm happy not to have spent the money to prematurely buy the whole album collection.
  • JENOVA track is missing!

Very disappointed that the JEVOVA song is missing. Its available in the UK and Japan, but not in American regions. The soundtrack is simply incomplete.
  • Nope!

All of the tracks are amazing. But then again, who would expect anything less from Nobuo Uematsu? This version of One-Winged Angel is great. But please, iTunes put the movie on here! They would certainly be getting MY money...

This is an amazing album! And even though the version of One Winged Angel isnt perfectly the one from AC, it brought back fond memories of the version that was played during Video Games Live.
  • Ok.. What?

This is an extremely misleading title, as it seems that the makers of this.... "Album" picked a few songs they liked and remixed them. The Original Soundtrack, complete with all songs, is available at the Squarenix website.
  • A Wonderful Experience!

I'm not sure what other people referred this album to, but in my mind it is Modern Classical Rock.If you are a fan of music, dont hesitate. This album is a great experience. I you are a diehard fan of all music, like myself I know you will enjoy this. As a bonus if you are a relentlessly loving fan of the game, the film, and the music...it's a must have. One-Winged Angel is the first track on my Pod, it gets me pumped up for no reason maybe just to get through another day at work...and i love it.
  • No Promised Land

The title for this album is pretty misleading, considering it claims to be complete but is missing several tracks from the Japanese version of the soundtrack. Most people seem to be upset about "Safe and Sound" or whatever, but I was extremely dissapointed when I saw that the choral piece from the opening monologue, "Promised Land" was missing from this album. That's pretty much the sole reason I was looking for the soundtrack in the first place, but the rest of Nobuo Uematsu's orchestral score is enough to buy it anyways, especially this rendition of "One Winged Angel". I'd reccommend the album, just be prepared for some minor dissapointments.
